Ready to make 2027 a year filled with quilting? Join us at Creative Spaces Studio for the 2027 Riley Blake Designs Block Challenge!

This annual quilt-along is back with a brand-new sampler quilt, giving you the chance to try different blocks, keep your sewing machine humming, and quilt along with makers from all over.

Creative Spaces Studio will be offering the coordinating fabric package so you’ll have the fabrics you need to create the 2027 quilt.

Please note: This is a fabric package registration, not an in-person class.

Throughout the Block Challenge, Riley Blake Designs will release a free digital block pattern along with emails, blog posts, and video tutorials to help you sew along. We’ll be following along too, and we can’t wait to see everyone’s quilts come together!

The finished 2027 Riley Blake Designs Block Challenge Quilt is approximately 76" x 76".

When Does It Start?

The Block Challenge officially kicks off in January 2027!

We expect our fabric to arrive at Creative Spaces Studio in early December. Once it arrives, packages will be available for pickup or shipped to those who selected shipping.

Whether you’ve participated in a block challenge before or you’re looking for something new to keep you inspired throughout the year, we’d love to have you quilt along with us.
